Alpaga, or Alpaca, is a camelid which in its natural environment that is the Andes Cordillera, can live up to 4,500 meters above sea level. This very sociable animal can only live in a herd of 3 individuals minimum: a dominant male and females accompanied by their young. Today alpaca is highly appreciated by man for the quality of his wool.
