Papo Dimetrodon (2014)

The Dimetrodon, is impressive with its immense back veil and its powerful jaw. This animal that looks like huge lizard has a sail kept by long bone spines rising vertically above each vertebra. Thus the Dimetrodon could regulate its body temperature, by warming or cooling its body according to its orientation. This formidable carnivore was approximately 3.50 meters and could reach impressive speeds despite its short legs. Of a great realism, the dimetrodon reproduced by Papo has an articulated jaw allowing to admire its many teeth of different sizes!
