Papo Dromedary (2014)

The dromedary belongs to the species of camelids. Unlike its cousin the camel which has 2 bumps, the dromedary has only one. We find this domestic mammal in North Africa, the Middle East and the Near East. Perfectly suitable for desert areas, the dromedary can withstand extreme heat and lack of water. He can draw from his reserves not to drink for almost a week. Its bump which contains fat reserves is also used to regulate its temperature. Used by men for the transport of goods, the dromedary also supplied a very rich milk, meat and its fleece is also used to make blankets.
