The Komodo Dragon is the largest living species of lizard, with an average length of 2 to 3 meters and a mass of around 70 kg. We can meet him in the islands of Komodo, Rinca, Florès, Gili Motang and Gili Dasami in Central Indonesia. It is dark green, gray or black, which allows it to blend into its environment and to discreetly approach its prey to surprise them. This carnivore is essentially feeding on carors but can kill prey. The Komodo dragon bite is venomous, the bacteria present on their teeth and saliva are very effective in obtaining food. The Komodo dragon life cycle is 20 years old.
