The spinosaurus or "thorny lizard" is among the longest known dinosaurs, measuring up to 18 m long, 6 m high and up to 9 tonnes. Easily recognizable by its very large dorsal thorns, it is supposed to have a veil filling the thermal regulator function. The Spinosaurus, which lived in the Cretaceous, was both carnivorous and Piscivore. At the same time long, narrow and provided with many rectilinear teeth, the skull of the spinosaur is of shape similar to that of the crocodiles.
