The large white shark is one of the greatest marine predators and knows few competitors. It owes its name to the whiteness of its belly which contrasts strongly with its gray back. It is found in all the temperate waters of the globe, mainly shallow waters. He has a very developed hearing and smell making him a formidable hunter. It measures 4 to 6 meters long and has an impressive jaw fitted with triangular teeth, sharp like razor blades. The white shark is carnivorous and essentially feeds on large fish such as tuna, but also seals, turtles, dolphins and even other species of sharks.
